Our ‘Do Good’ Charter

We are a catalyst for change through the power of learning

Discover Change in Action

Learning is powerful.

It has the ability to transform, reshape and catalyse the change our community needs today.

The Do Good Charter was enacted by a group of learning & development professionals to activate our unique experience and skillsets to create, craft, and discover the key to unlock society’s biggest opportunities through learning, development, growth & transformation

The team at intuity spend 30% of their working capacity with our community of NFP, Government Entitites, and social impact organisations to uplift and transform educational programs through effective learning experience design.

Our Guiding Principles

Human-Centric

At the centre of the community are humans themselves. We utilise the techniques from human-centred design to make magic happen.

Co-Crafted

Our design is led by the people who we are designing for. They join us on our journey to discover the unlock to the learning solution we are creating.

Risky Business

We prototype, we fail fast, we experiment. We build on our learnings to create the right solution. We are always evolving our work.

Purposeful

We always align to purpose and remind ourselves of what exactly we are trying to solve. We bring the impact factor to our design to make change happen.

Our Impact Pipeline

  • Adventure.Org

Adventure.org, is the world's first marketplace dedicated to impact adventures and experiences. It's a global travel and experience bookings website with purpose baked-in. We want to create the opportunities for more people to have these ah-ha moments and go on to create change at scale.

  • The Yarra River Keepers

Natural wonders need protection. The Yarra Riverkeeper Association plays a fundamental role in keeping the Yarra well-managed and full of life.

As Melbourne’s population expands, they fight for a clean, safe space for now and the future. They tell its story, and carefully monitor the Yarra’s health and the activities that affect it. They also lobby and educate government, businesses, and individuals on why it must be conserved

  • The Silicosis Project

The silicosis projects aims to educate, increase awareness and tell the stories of those suffering from silicosis caused by cutting a range of stone products and being exposed to crystalline silica

Only recent studies have shown the true toxicty of exposure to crystalline silica and lack of resources and understanding continues to take the lives of innocent people worldwide.

C’mon, let’s see where this takes us.

Are you passionate about learning? A storyteller? or an agent for change.
